The founders of Universal Security Guard Association, Inc. (USGA) have over 15 years of experience in every facet of security work that you can think of—from unarmed guards to trained de-escalation and crisis communications and everything in between. USGA not only has the technical education but also the field experience to make sure that each of its guards is trained to prevent crimes, protect, and act as a precautionary liaison between law enforcement and the communities that they serve.

  • Provide physical security to private facilities by ensuring the protection of high-security areas, property, entryways, and personnel.
  • Monitor, investigate, and react to emergencies by responding to security violations, alarms, and other emergency situations.
  • Monitored and authorized the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises while utilizing CCTV systems.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to the facilities by verifying employee and visitor credentials.
  • Collect, investigate, and analyze data to assist with the development of informative reports and daily occurrence logs.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements by establishing and maintaining working relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement personnel; property managers; building managers; agency technical representatives; security officers; designated officials; and project managers.
  • Supervised 80+ officers in providing physical security within a healthcare facility, retail shops, and event facilities to all employees, contractors, and other individuals who entered the facility.
  • Coordinated and analyzed the job training for new officers geared toward the specific needs, standards, procedures, rules and regulations of the facility.
